Connection Works Tailored to Every Project
Medium- and high-voltage connection works require a high level of precision, experience and technical expertise. As part of industrial and infrastructure projects, we carry out connections up to 42 kV, ensuring that cables are correctly prepared, connected and integrated into existing installations.
As part of these works, we connect cables to voltage transformers and potential transformers, medium- and high-voltage switchgear, as well as fibre optic cables within telecom and data communication networks. We also carry out various cable connections using jointing kits and break-out joints, as well as the installation and connection of deep earth electrodes.
Our Connection Works
Cable Terminations
Cable terminations are the final and crucial stage in completing a fully operational cable network. This involves correctly preparing, finishing and connecting installed cables to the end installation or the customer’s connection point.
Depending on the cable type and application, we ensure the correct termination and connection. If required, these cable terminations can also be tested by an independent inspection body. This allows the complete network to be safely and reliably commissioned in accordance with the applicable technical requirements.
(Potential) Transformers
As part of our works, we regularly connect cables to voltage and potential transformers. The cables are correctly prepared and connected to the installation’s terminals, with particular attention to safety, accuracy and compliance with technical requirements.
This ensures a correct and reliable connection within the network, allowing transformers and metering equipment to operate safely and reliably in accordance with the requirements of the existing infrastructure. If requested by the client, these connections can also be tested by an independent inspection body.
Medium- and High-Voltage Switchgear
For the connection and, where required, installation of medium- and high-voltage switchgear, we ensure precise and safe execution within both existing and new installations.
Cables are correctly connected to the designated switchgear, in accordance with technical requirements and applicable safety standards. This ensures reliable operation of the network, with each connection carefully carried out according to the installation and its required configuration.
Connecting Fibre Optic Cables
Connecting fibre optic cables is an important stage in the installation of telecom and data communication networks. Fibre optic cables are correctly routed, prepared and connected to the designated network infrastructure, with particular attention to accuracy and signal integrity.
The work is carried out with the necessary precision to ensure optimal data transmission and minimise the risk of faults or signal loss. This results in a reliable, future-proof network that meets the high demands of modern communication systems.
Our Cable Jointing Works
Cable Jointing
For the repair or extension of existing cable connections, we use cable jointing kits to ensure safe and reliable restoration of the network.
Depending on the application and technical requirements, we work with jointing systems from Pfisterer, Raychem, Euromold and Nexans. Our preferred choice is Nexans, based on its proven quality and our positive experience in the field.
We can also carry out various types of connections between paper-insulated lead-covered cables (PILC) and copper or aluminium cables. This ensures a safe and reliable transition, fully adapted to the requirements of the client’s installation.
Break-Out Joints
Our break-out joints are used to create safe and reliable cable transitions between single-core and three-core cables, and vice versa.
They ensure the correct separation or combination of the phases within the network in a safe and orderly manner. This allows different cable configurations to be reliably connected while fully complying with the technical requirements of the installation.
Our Deep Earthing Services
Installation & Connection of Deep Earth Electrodes
For the safe and reliable operation of electrical installations, we also install deep earth electrodes for businesses in accordance with applicable standards and technical requirements.
The earth electrode is installed at a sufficient depth to achieve an optimal earth resistance, taking the specific ground conditions into account. The deep earth electrode is then correctly connected to the client’s installation, providing effective and stable protection against fault currents.
The installation is subsequently tested to ensure that the agreed earth resistance value, measured in ohms, is achieved.

Ja, bij dringende defecten of storingen proberen wij onze planning zo flexibel mogelijk aan te passen om deze werken voorrang te geven. We begrijpen dat uitval van een installatie vaak een directe impact heeft op de bedrijfsvoering. Daarom streven we ernaar om snel ter plaatse te komen, de situatie te analyseren en de nodige herstellings- of aansluitwerken uit te voeren zodat de installatie zo snel mogelijk opnieuw operationeel is.
De testen kunnen zowel door ons als door de klant worden voorzien, afhankelijk van de projectvereisten en de wensen van de klant. Indien gewenst werken wij samen met een externe keurings- of testdienst voor officiële metingen en rapportering. Op die manier kan steeds worden aangetoond dat de kabels, verbindingen en aansluitingen correct functioneren en voldoen aan de vooropgestelde technische eisen.
